Best Hair Under the Sun

Now’s a great time to discover a new ‘do. Our friend Sheridan from the Blue Eyed Finch created these two looks for long hair. They’ll work with thick, textured mops or sleek-as-glass strands.

Maurices - Best hair under the sun
  1. Leaving the front strands out to frame your face, section the top third of your hair as if you’re pulling it into a ponytail.
  2. Twist the top section of hair & wrap into a bun, securing it with a clear elastic &/or bobby pins.
  3. Take a one inch section of hair from either side of your head.
  4. Separate that one inch section into two pieces.
  5. Braid the two strands into a fishtail braid.
  6. Lightly pull apart the fishtail braid for a more full braid & secure with a clear elastic for the finished look.
