Ingredients: 1 box of yellow cake mix, 1 box of brownie mix, 1-2 cups shredded coconut, 1 container vanilla frosting, food coloring (yellow, red & green), and toothpicks.

How-to: (1) Prepare the yellow cake mix as directed on the box for the cupcakes (allowing some time to cool). (2) Prepare the brownies as directed on the box (allowing some time to cool). Don’t forget to line your pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray before baking. (3) Mix the shredded coconut with the green food coloring and set aside. (4) Mix half of the frosting in a bowl with the yellow food coloring and set aside. (5) Ready to assemble? Cut the cupcakes in half. (6) Next, cut the brownies to the same size thickness as your cupcakes. (7) Place the brownie circles on the bottom half of the cupcakes. (8) Place a layer of green coconut on top of the brownie and squeeze some yellow and red frosting over the coconut. (9) Place the top of the cupcake over the icing and coconut.

Ingredients: 2/3 cup unsalted butter,  1 2/3 cup sugar, 3 eggs, 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/3 cup whole milk, gummy bear candy, and toothpicks.

Royal Icing Ingredients: 2 eggs, cream of tartar, almond extract, powder sugar and gray gel food coloring.

How-to: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (2) Line cupcake pan with paper liners and combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. (3) Cream butter with sugar. (4) Next, add one egg at a time (beating well after each addition). (5) Scoop batter into lined cupcake tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (6) While cupcakes are cooling, mix the following ingredients on medium speed for 4 minutes: eggs, cream of tartar, almond extract, powder sugar and gray gel food coloring. (7) Next, cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and create an outline of a BBQ grill with the royal icing (allow to dry for 5-10 hours). (8) Once the icing grills are dry, place them on top of the cupcakes and add a toothpick with red, yellow and green gummy bears on it.
