Power Pomegranate Oat Smoothie
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup pure pomegranate juice
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup red beets (raw)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch Himalayan salt (optional)
